not holding ice like my other yeti products

Too heavy and hard to use

I received my Yeti as a gift. It does keep things cold, which is nice, but it is ridiculously heavy to use when full. Additionally, do not buy a cap that doesnt close all the way! Mine is the type of lid that has an opening and it spills all over me when I walk. Water literally just jumps out of the yeti when I walk. It also is difficult to drink out of. This may sound odd, but my boyfriend agrees. The poor design causes water to stop when you tilt it, so you need to tilt it more to get the water to come out and then it spills all over you no matter how carefully and slowly you tilt it. I really would like to throw this thing away but it was a gift from my boyfriend and I do not want to upset him. I would highly reccomend against it, especially if you are someone who has arthritis, like my mom, who can't even hold it when it is half full because it is so ridiculously heavy. There are so many issues with this design and I would find another brand to buy from if you would like a tumbler that keeps your drink cold.

Not as good as everyone raves

I got this mug as a Christmas gift; I asked for one, because everyone said how they keep your coffee hot for so long. Disappointed that my coffee does not stay any warmer than any other mug. For the price of these, I expected something resembling hot after an hour. Maybe my expectations were too high. Also the size (width) is hard to get my hand around, not your fault, I should have specified a size.

The Tumbler was perfect! Exactly the size & what I was looking for . My only issue is that with all the corporate/sports related logo's I could add to "personalize" the cup, noting I'm interested is allowed. It would also be nice if the accessories for this size tumbler were restocked. They have been out for quite a while.

I bought the "brand name" expecting more. It doesn't seem to do any better than any other cup. And I don't know why there is no cover to the lid opening. It seems that if there was a cover It would keep cooler longer but who knows.

I bought this cup 1 week ago for a trip. The lid has fallen off twice! Liquid dribbles down the cup. The seal appears in tact. Not sure why it leaks so bad and lid continues to fall off.
