OK features keeps liquid hot or cold

Slider top fell . Got it for Christmas 2019. These are expensive containers, I feel for the cost of this item, it should be manufactured better.

Does not keep coffee hot at all...I have a smaller one and it does a great job and the mug is great but this one does not work at all..very disappointed in this mug. It does not stand up to the YETI name

Great at 1st Not so great as time goes by.

I’ve had this product about 1.5 years and at first it kept my coffee hot for multiple hours however, after only 18 months or so it only keeps my coffee hot about 2 hours. I feel as time goes by this product stops working as it’s suppose to. Great when you first buy it but not as great as time goes by.

Doesn't keep coffee hot

I bought a 20oz and a 30oz tumbler. The 20oz model keeps coffee hot till the last swig. With the 30oz model you can feel the heat from the coffee through the sides, not so with the 20oz model. Did I get a defective one.?

Got it as a Christmas gift, will probably re-gift. Coffee stayed hot for half an hour and the lid is oddly designed that it really only works wife people with big mouthes. I would never spend my own money in this mug!
