It was working good until a great nephew knocked it off a low table and it fell approx. 1 1/2 feet to the floor. The magslide thing on the cover popped off but I didn't notice it till next day. I moved all the furniture around but could never find it. Still don't know where it went. For the magslide to pop off that easily makes me question how well it was made. So now it doesn't keep things cold as long as it should.

Have only used it twice and it leaks when drinking from it. As i take a drink it spills so most of my drink is on me. Not happy at all its sad cause I have another one i bought and i love it so much i bought this one as a gift for my husband and afterall the bragging i did it leaks and all made me look bad so cant just just sits there taking up space.

With Covid, our office outlawed the use of the ice maker And water from the fridge.In the mornings I put ice and water in the tumbler and bring an extra bottle of water from home to refill my tumbler where the ice is still there at the end of the day!
