Just received cup today lid is scuffed up

I just received my cup in the mail today and the lid came all scuffed up and I wasn’t going to write a review just because it’s a quality control issue but I tried to fill out a damaged report and both times I tried to submit it it said site moved or no longer active so I’m just hoping someone from yeti can see this and please just send me a new lid I can send this one back if I get a return slip I would just like a new lid considering how expensive these cups are. I tried wiping it off just to see if it was dirt but it is a scuff in the plastic.

River Green 30oz Rambler

It is great that this fits in my car’s cup holder but the handle made all the difference since this one is still rather large and makes it even easier to use. Went looking for the Clay color and found both it and the River Green colors locally. Both are nice but the River Green looks so much better in person than in the photos. There is some texture with the green (similar to the white ones) while the clay colored ones have a slicker surface and are a bit harder to grasp. I have long hesitated to get this size because it is harder to fit my hand around due to size and did not think the separately purchased handle would work well in the car. Well it does and this is a great addition to my rapidly growing Yeti collection.

I have several yeti 30 oz tumblers. No problem with any of them until the purple. It got scratched the first time I used it just from my cup holder in my car! None of the other colors scratched after being in the exact same cup holder. Love the color but the scratches ruin the look of it.

It says it is dishwasher safe , I put it in the dishwasher and the purple is coming off :(

Very very dissatisfied! This is my fourth yeti I’ve purchased and this one sucks! Got stained in dishwasher and does not look good. My others are white and one mint green, all great not sure why this happened. Disappointed for $$$ I just purchased two dog bowls online, I hope I don’t have that problem with them, not for the price I just paid

Not worth the price. A detachable handle or some type of slide on ring with a handle built in would be nice because the mug is big and not easily one handed while multi tasking
Yes it’s stylish but just not worth it. Keeps things cold. But doesn’t do as great a job with hot liquids.
