I love that my Yeti can keep my iced drinks cold for hours, however I am disappointed with the white color. It got scratched and dirty looking almost immediately. If I were to buy again, I would definitely not get the white.

I like that this mug keeps me drinking more. However, I use it for tea and this doesn't keep beverages hot for more than 2 hours or so. The temperature starts falling around that point so it works if I'm going to down my tea quickly but not so much for sipping.
I think these are better designed for keeping beverages cold rather than hot.

Hope I got a bad one cause this thing is not good

Not sure if I got a bad unit but this thing cannot keep coffee hot or ice water cold. I have friends that swear by this brand and that it keeps coffee hot for hours and hours. First day I switched, my coffee stayed hot for about 2 hours. It’s predecessor kept coffee hot for around 4 hours. That was a $20 unit that’s the same size. Makes no sense to me. Also ice water sitting out overnight is melted by morning. My usual tumbler goes for about 16 hours with ice water. Terrible performance for $45.

I have found other brands keep my ice in the tumbler overnight. This Yeti did not even keep for for 5 hours.

A bit let down by ice retentions

I really like the quality and design of the cup. I figured it would hold ice longer for price of cup! If the cup gets warm in any way your ice is gone!
