I have had Yeti cups for several years and love them. I use them everyday. This new one however does not keep the temperature (hot or cold) nearly as long as my older ones. It may have to do with the new slider lid, which I love in concept. I bought an extra one in this order for my smaller rambler and the heat is gone with one 4 hours. I am not sure what has changed but I am disappointed!

I have two of these and one keeps ice frozen for over 12 hours and the other one, the ice melts within a few minutes. Both in air conditioned buildings

I have had this tumbler for less than 30 days anda so dissatisfied. My drinks don’t stay cold and ice melts with in an hour. I do not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super upset. I’m from Canada and when I went to the states I went out of my way to shop for these cups as I’ve heard so many great things. I am super disappointed as the ice melted after not even 2 hours..

Amazing cup

I bought one to try about 5 years ago still holding up and has saved my arm from riding a side by side and the driver lost control and tipped us over. I was holding onto the roll cage when we tipped over and my yeti was in the cup holder somehow someway the yeti went from there to under the roll cage saved my hand and arm. Through this whole thing the cup got a dent at the bottom of the cup so it doesn't sit level anymore but still works great. My coffee stays hot really hot from 5am to 7pm if I forget about it. After this happened I had a few people come ask how I like the yeti because there's doesn't stay cold or hot depending on what's in there I asked them did they was the cup the proper way the first time not bottom rack in dishwasher. They never answered me so that gave me my answer so I proceeded to tell them thats a good chance why it's not working correctly. Thank you yeti for your cups my arm and hand wouldn't be the same right now otherwise.

my grand kids got me this for christmas as i would not spend this much on myself not happy with the lid when i slide it open i can hardly get any thing out i have found if i slide it back to close a 1/8 in it works better
