Lid leaks when drinking cold drinks

My 30 oz mug leaks when I take a sip of my cold coffee. I cannot use this for work how I wanted to. How do we fix this?

Yeti constantly puts out quality products that I can rely on. I'm a firefighter and I'm rough on my equipment. I usually prepare myself to buy multiple products because my equipment takes a beating. This is not the case with Yeti. Love everything you guys put out!

Some colleagues of mine had bought the Yeti 30oz tumbler and were waxing lyrical about how good they are and I was hooked in. I thought they looked great and so I ordered one. After one day of use I would say I'm very disappointed and will go back to using my old insulated cup. The Yeti doesn't keep my drink hot enough for long enough -- fact!
What a shame that it looks so good, but doesn't keep drink warm. Disappointing and a waste of money I'm afraid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] received yeti for Christmas and the ice does not stay it melts within 2 hrs of putting water in it. Was thinking about purchasing a cooler until this happened, very disappointed in this had very high hopes and referred a lot of people to purchase yeti products.
