My husband got this for me to help me drink more water (I drink way too much soda) and I love it! I’m a little slow drinking water due to the lack of flavor so it’s great that it keeps ice for so long. I used to bring a glass of ice water with me to bed and the ice would be melted by midnight (when I’d wake up dying for a cold drink) but now I take my Yeti and the ice keeps well into the next day. I also got the straw lid and it makes sipping water a little more enjoyable.. but only a little haha

It’s still ice cold!!! So I left the yeti cup in the truck while out kayaking to and from the beach for for 6 hours. The truck was in the Sun all day and it was over 90 outside. When I came back to the truck the water was still ice cold with ice in it. Amazing!!! Well done Yeti.

I bought this tumbler to help with my commute and when I travel. It fits perfectly in the cup holder in the car, and keeps my iced coffee cold! I can fill it in the morning, and the ice is still there when I get home from work. The straw and lid top makes it my ultimate coffee companion. And, on the days when I don't make my own coffee and I bring my tumbler to a coffee shop and have it filled, the baristas always compliment the cool stainless steel look!

I have 3 Yetis and just bought a 4th because I love the purple! Each morning I use my 20oz tumbler for coffee and I've never had an issue with it getting cold, even commuting over an hour into DC. I use my 30oz tumbler for ice water and normally leave it in my car when I get home from work, even with the heat wave the DC area has had this past week every morning my cup still has ice from the day before (our heat index has been 100+ every day!) I also have a 10oz low ball tumbler that I got as wedding party gift, they kept our drinks cold all morning, day and night! I HIGHLY recommend, more than worth the price!

My parents turned me on to Yeti cups and I absolutely love mine. Everyone at work has one too. My mom just got a new one in purple so I thought Id get one in my favorite color. I am totally bummed Yeti doesnt make a pink one. :( Was going to buy it on your site but Ace has the same colors and I can get it same day. Booo needs it in PINK

Great for cold liquids, not really for hot liquids

My old tumbler/thermos thing finally broke on me, so I decided to try out a yeti one.
I feel like the build quality is excellent; they look great and seem durable so far (I've had one about 2 weeks and the second one about a week and a half).
Both of them seem to keep cold fluids cold for at least 6 hours. If it contains ice or something that's frozen, that time can easily be around 12 hours. If it's mostly ice, it can last a day or longer.

The issue some people might have is with hot fluids (coffee is the only thing I've tested, but I'm sure tea or hot chocolate would be about the same). Both of my tumblers keep coffee hot for 2 hours or so; not nearly as long as I'd hoped for, but long enough for me to drink it all.
The biggest complaint some people had was that the Mag-Slider lid system wasn't water tight. NOWHERE does any material state it is. Mine will typically let any fluid bubble up through the sliding cap on the top, but it doesn't bother me that much.
Both tumblers fit in my 2016 Camry cup holders with no issues. Overall, I'd buy them again if I needed to. My biggest issue is that my family keeps trying to steal them from me.
TLDR: I like both of the cups that I've gotten and I'd probably buy them again.
