After only 1-1/2 years the seal on the lid is coming loose. I would expect for the price of the products to last much longer. Not a happy camper.

I lost my cool

I purchased my yeti 30 oz tumbler about 6 months ago and at first I lived it. It kept my drinks cold all day long. Then about 1 month ago it started losing it cooling ability. It hardly keeps ice frizen for a couple hours. I am really disappointed with it. I have looked Nd cant find where to report it. I hope i just got a bad one.

The tumbler was given as a gift over a year and a half ago. They engraved it for me and it is awesome. I use it every day with coffee to work and at lunch I switch to ice cold soda and have had no problems.
It leaked on me and my wife said she had washed the lid and removed the gasket. I checked it and the gasket was not sitting right so I fixed it and bingo no spills now.
Bought 4 other ones for my wife and boys and one extra for me and enjoy them. Great product and would buy again.

Doesn't stay cold/hot

Bought a customized one for my husband for father's day and it doesn't compare to the 20oz tumbler in keeping ice from melting. Within 3-4 hours the ice is gone and it is no longer cold. His old 20oz one keeps ice overnight easily. Just disappointed because he wanted a larger one that worked as well as his 20oz one.

This rambler keeps hot liquids hot and cold liquids cold. So it functions as it is made to function. Ice in this rambler stays frozen even after being in the car during high heat.
