This was my second purchase of a Govee backlight. I have another one on my other television. I very much like what it provides as ambience for my television watching. I also purchased it during a sale so I found the price to be very reasonable.

I have been looking at TV back lighting since the 1st generation came out. I thought about the HDMI box version, but realized that with my smart TV I don't use devices plugged into my TV that much any more. So I went with these. They are great and really add to the viewing experience. I do wish some things were a little clearer when setting these up. Like Full/Partial. I though Full, but then I discovered that Partial is what you see in the ads with the colors matching more of what is on the border of the TV. I am also a bit confuse about the color correction in what the sliders actually mean. Otherwise a great product.
