The lower recycling compartment doesn't

The lower recycling compartment doesn't seem to fit very well, leaving a gap along the middle to the main bin. The new food caddy shape ends up meaning the lid falls in very easily and there isn't anything to hold the caddy liner in place. You have to knot it. Not very impressed tbh. Returned. Will keep my old bin for the time being.

Great idea but poor quality lid

Great idea and perfect for my recycling however in less than 6 months the lid hinge broke so it no longer sprung open. The bin was replaced by Joseph & Joseph however 3 months later the same thing happened. On removing the lid hinge cover it was apparent part of the closure device was were made of plastic and had shattered which seems to be a design flaw.

The bin itself is really well designed. Unfortunately, the item was delivered with a dent on the front of the lower bin which was very disappointing for such a premium product.

very disappointed in this bin, we have had three replacements and every one has done the same thing. although it looks fab and when it works it is spot on. we have found that the hinge on the lid breaks very easily and the lid fails to open when pressing tge release button.
