Great design spoilt by poor fitting of lower bin

Bin sizes good but the good looks are spoilt by poor alignment of lower bin. Less sturdy than previous model.

Plastic-looking

All good, but the volume of these bins are a little too small for a family of 4. If larger by 33% then it would be a 5 Star.

Great Space Saver

I love this bin. it is a great space saver. Before, I had to stretch over plastic storage containers to reach my general waste kitchen bin and I didn't like having lots of rubbish on view in the kitchen. The recycling bin at the bottom pulls out easily (on wheels) and both bin inserts are easy to remove and clean.. Although we don't have a kitchen waste collection , I use the triangular shaped caddy for my peelings so it is still useful. The height of this totem bin is perfect for me at 5' " I love the black exterior and the orange inserts goes well with my kitchen. Opening handle is easy to use and as it's winter I haven't bothered with the included filter. I use ordinary black bin bags and they fit fine.

I like this bin - it functions well, looks good but it’s not as life transforming as other reviewers have made out.
For the product designers… I’d like a larger food waste bin or a squarer shape to make it more accessible. And I wish there was a little contrast colour spot on the top for pushing it closed because I’m tired of having to wipe off the finger marks.

Not as good build quality as they where before

The whole in the middle that koins the two bins above the recycling bin isn’t even, it’s bigger at one side than the other, as someone that has had a previous bin with no gap at all is disappointed with the build quality in comparison to the old. Have always been a really big fan of this brand but feel my latest purchase was a disappointment
