Perfect toast fast!

I'll just start by saying we love this little toaster oven. It makes toast super fast and toasts so evenly. It can bake, but needs to be carefully monitored because the elements are so close to the food that things can quickly get too dark. The reasons for 4 stars are: it's not easy to clean, the crumb tray has warped, the push-button temperature control is awkward and weirdly calibrated, one of the feet came loose and the screw was stripped so I had to use epoxy to cement it back on, some of the markings on the control panel are wearing off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great but short-lived

I received this toaster oven for a gift a little over a year and loved it, but then the bottom heating element broke-- the ceramic rod broke in half and now rests on the bottom of the toaster floor. I had a terrible Black and Decker that I used for about 15 years, and I'm very disappointed that this expensive and nice toaster oven can't be used for more than a year. I've looked up videos on how to replace the heating element and it involves dismantling the entire toaster. Panasonic, any advice?

The size is small so it does not occupy a lot of space. It heats up rapidly and very evenly. This one makes the most perfect toast I have every tried. Also works well for other tasks. Much better than some other bulky oven I have used.

I was a little scared after reading the directions. It worked exactly as it said and I love it. I'm getting dinner done without turning on the giant oven. I like the compact size and so far I can fit what I need in there.
