Beautiful stove

I love the power of the burners and the percision control of the oven. I do not like the controls. The controls don't show the current temperature and the timer is useless. It starts upon starting the stove, not cooking time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I give this a five star because the range is absolutely beautiful and is well-made. I've only had a short time so I can't say how long it will last but it appears to be sturdy and built to last. We did call a couple times for information or questions. One of the times, we were satisfied, but the second time the person was not helpful. I did not lessen the rating for a one-time negative because I think everyone deserves a little grace now and then. If we end up having to reach out more and aren't happy, I will let someone know.

We love the product, love the dark gunmetal grey color with the gold accents. Great options on burner sizes and flame. The griddle is also excellent, sits on top of the grates, and can be moved to any station on the range or removed if needed. The oven works well. The thermostat seems to be slightly under the specified temperature though.

I love the looks of this oven/range and receive lots of compliments. I haven't used the oven much and am still trying to figure out how to use it. Hoping Product Support can help me. I keep burning things but, I'm sure they can help me out. I do love the stove top and everything turns out perfect!
