I have worked in professional fine dining kitchens for over twenty years. This range is as sturdy and powerful as any full commercial equipment that I have worked on.

Happy with the product; however, two suggestions: (1) the stainless steel control knobs for the burners, etc. on the front of the unit get hot when the oven is on (enough so that we need to use a towel when turning the knobs); and (2) the settings on the knobs are difficult to read.
