Beautiful; Powerful; but not all functions worked correctly

Just bought and had this range installed. I LOVE how beautiful it is, and it is POWERFUL as a range! My oven has not worked properly since day one....so I'm hoping it is an easy fix (pre-heat light never turns off....so I have NO idea when it is the right temperature to cook at)

Excellent Dual Fuel Range Stove! We love it

The product is beautifully designed! When we bought this stove, we're remodeling our kitchen. We installed it in our island and it perfectly matched the style we're looking for. Installation went pretty smooth: anti-flip security bracket easy to install, 240v line for stove + Gas-line for burners. Space in between burners: No more big pots bumping into each other! Very efficient cooking experience. Temperature is accurate. Convection mode works spectacular for a couple of dishes we tried. So far, we haven't noticed anything negative about it and we have been using it for the last 2 months.
There is only one thing I wish the oven would've had which is a built-in "gauge" that measures the current temperature for both ovens but we quickly solved this by buying them separately. No big deal.
Other than that, we are so happy we decided to buy this product. Super recommended!

I get so many compliments on my Dual Fuel 48 inch range. It’s absolutely a statement piece for a fraction of the price on other luxury brands.

Bought this dual fuel range about a year and a half ago and looks great. Quality is good but we had some problems with the large oven and luckily, it comes with 4 years warranty. We matched up this with the Kutch range hood and couldn't be happier.
