Mailed Me a USED Case

I know this should be a great case but after ordering online and spending close to $50, I received an obviously used and returned case from Best Buy. There are a million smudges and fingerprints on the case, along with the volume and power button areas being encrusted with dirt. It's also gaping at the bottom so doesn't even fit snugly. C'mon, Best Buy, if you're going to send a customer a used product, at least be smart enough to clean it first!

Apparently Best Buy is trying to sell the same case to different customers. I ordered this item online and received a slightly frayed case with greasy fingerprints. I'm going to return it and somebody else will get it again soon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
