This is my 4th otterbox defender on my 4th Samsung Galaxy phone. This has been the best case ever as far as durability goes. I work in construction type business and am very ruff with equipment. Not 1 phone has ever broken and I drop them or rip them off my belt. Otterbox holds up to the test. You find a good product you stick with it

Overall, it is a great otterbox case that comes with the protection otterbox is known for. So far, the only negative is that this blue color fades and holds stains. I've had my case for less than a week, but it looks like I've had it for years. Even after trying to wipe and clean the case, the discoloration stays.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have used OtterBox for years and years and years. I've always been happy with a quality. The recent case for my s24 ultra is an exception to that. The cut out for the s pen lose a sharp corner which is uncomfortable in the palm of the left hand. I was hoping mine it's them sort of manufacturing defect and contacted support. They sent a second case out which had the exact same issue. There is a groove between the top and bottom of the case. It's very uncomfortable to hold.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I will only use Otterbox Defender. I am so bad about dropping my phone on concrete, down the staires, and many other places. When i took my case off to trade in my S21 Ultra it still looked like new. Now that i upgraded to the S24 Ultra i made sure i got another Otterbox Defender case.

This is my third Otterbox case. I have tested these through three different phones and found each of them to be outstanding protection for the phones. I have dropped my phone from ladders and stairways and have experienced no damage from the drops. I even dropped one in the toilet and just dried it off with a damp towel and kept using it, with no problems. I have had one Otterbox case wear out from use, and Otterbox company replaced it for free. Lastly, when I have traded in my old phones for new ones, and removed them from the Otterbox case, the phones looked like new. No scratches or broken corners or cracked screens. These cases truly do exactly what they say they'll do and Otterbox backs up their products when there's a question or a need by the user. So, choose the Otterbox model that's best for you and have dependable protection for your phone investment. It won't disappoint.
