The buttons on both sides are pressed accidentally ALL the time in my pocket. Their detachment from the case makes them too sensitive. I often find myself in Emergency SOS mode when I don't want to be.

As a mum who's phone gets thrown a lot by her little one, this is the only case I can trust to be resistant enough to keep my phone safe! Still streamlined and not too chunky, yet keeping my phone protected from just about any unpredictable drop it could go through, made this case a no-brainer choice for 3 phones now. Only feedback is I wish they made a clear version of this exact case.
