SO I HAVE BOUGHT 5 PAIRS OF THESE THE EARBUDS SOUND GOOD AND ARE VERY COMFY IN MY EARS THAT'S ABOUT ALL THE GOOD QUALITIES, NOW FOR THE BAD. NOW WHEN I USE THE APP FEATURES THEY DO NOT REALLY WORK YOU CANNOT EQ THESE BUDS FOR SOME REASON WHEN I ACTIVATE NOISE CANCELLING OR ANY SPECIAL FEATURE IN THE APP THE BUDS SOUND VERY POOR BEYOND POOR I THINK MUDDY WOULD BE A GOOD WORD TO USE. THEY CASE IS STUPID IT DRAINS BATTERY EVEN IF NOT IN USE I LEAVE THE CASE AT HOME THAT'S HOW MUCH I HATE IT IT'S LITERALLY USELESS I WISH I COULD SHUT IT OFF BECAUSE I THINK THE CASE IS CONFLICTING WITH THE EARBUDS PERFORMANCE.

Ok here i go where to start, the EQ makes a scratch sound every time i try to adjust the sound but the sound just stays the same. The ANC is very poor it totally ruins the sound like you're underwater or something. The spatial sound is horrible once activated the sound gets really bad and scratchy. The smart case is totally stupid it drains battery even when its not in use and there is no way to shut it off. I have had this problem with 3 other tour pro 2 i returned them all JBL really blew it with these things i think they sent a whole batch to canaduh tomorrow i will get a 4th pair most likely because best buys no refund policy. Anyhow i would not wish these on my worst enemy my whole experience with these has been nothing but negative and i hope no one buys these i had a similar experience with the Live Free 2 but at least all the functions worked.

It’s 4th time bad experience with Jbl. It’s always has battery problems. I just buy these once yesterday. I charged it for 2 hrs. Without using it after 10 minutes battery was on 10%. I never recommended any one to buy Jbl.

400 dollars cad for a lcd screen on your ear bud case hahaha. Your phone has a screen on it. Battery also dies after half a day and the jbl app is almost unusable.

Worth this money

Excellent sound. Pure bass, not directly punching in your head, but somewhere around, so does not cause fatigue and headache. Really comfortable in ears. Smart case with useful options, pleasant to hold in hand. And battery life of course. Highly satisfied.

I have almost always used apple headphones, after losing 1 of the box of two I said to myself, I would like to change, especially the presentation of this one was attractive but sincerely... disappointment on top of disappointment. After connecting the earphone a few minutes later the earphone creates a second and I can't listen to a song without the earphone disconnecting by itself. I removed it from my device reconnected it always the same thing the sound with one out of two is not great both it's okay

I love JBL tour Pro2 buds because of their good noise canceling and big sound! The touch screen on the case is not a gimmick, it really works well even when I connect on a laptop....

They simply suck. Bought them to watch TV and not disturb others. They suffer from cutting in and out so bad they are useless.
