I bought 1 for me and 4 more for gifts. I never know when my lunch break will be and need a quick meal. I used mine for the first time for a pot luck and had Queso in it. There’s no temp setting and it did get pretty hot and baked to sides, however it cleaned up nicely. The ladies at work were asking if they could be on my gift list as they wanted one. I also own a Crockpot Little Dipper. Heats basically the same however the Little Dipper doesn’t have a removable pot to clean without worrying about the electrical cord.

I already owned one and decided to buy 3 more because they are so essential for someone like me who has food allergies and takes food everywhere I go. I have one that I keep at work, one for home, amd two for traveling. I can plug one up in my SUV and have hot food on road trips and in the hotel room for a meal. I can easily take one or more with me when visiting friends and family, plug it in, and when everyone else starts to eat, my hot course is piping hot and ready to eat. I love putting my Rosemary Potato Chowder with Polska Kielbasa in there. Delicious. I accompany that with a salad and my meal is complete. I love my Lunch Crocs!!

Bought this for my husband who is a teacher and often doesn't have time to microwave his lunch. He loves the convenience. I pack the removable insert with his lunch and he pops it in when he gets to school in the morning. The only drawback is that it leaked when I sent soup.

Takes longer to heat the food than the microwave. However, nice to keep food warm at my desk when things get busy and I cannot eat right away. Love compact design. Easy to clean.

Should have read more closely, this is only for warming things back up, like a can of soup or something, not for actually cooking in like a regular crock-pot
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great item, though a little upset

I LOVE my Lunch Crock. I got a black one back when they were first released and used it all the time. A month or so after I got it, it was knocked off the counter and the handle broke off and wasn't able to be fixed. The crock still works just fine but it is far less convenient and when I was told I couldnt get a spare handle for it by the company, I was slightly heartbroken. I use my Lunch Crock far less now because it isn't very easy to carry back and forth, but I still love it. I would love to be able to use it all the time again.
Pros: convenient, cute
Cons: handle breaks easy
