Using it for the first time today, it has been plugged in for over two hours and the whole unit is stone cold. The light is on so I "assume" it should be working. I got two of these on a good deal last fall and this is the first time I am using it. I am SO disappointed. Will add additional comments if the second one works.

My wife bought me two years ago and several of my workers have bought them since. Now I bought my wife one and she loves it and uses it every week. Outstanding

I take this to my office. It heats anything from fajitas to soup perfectly. No more trips to the nasty office breakroom to use the communal microwave!

This little Crock Pot Lunch warmer has been the greatest little device I use. I like being able to slowly warm up my lunch and avoid the whole "microwave effect" that occurs when leftovers are warmed up. I've used the lunch warmer to reheat soups, stews, casseroles, etc. it's great for heating just about any food you can put in it.
The only thing I don't like about the product is the lid does pop up on the insert when food is being reheated. I would not recommend swinging the warmer around when you're ready to eat. When transporting, I leave the warmer at my office, I put the tin insert in a plastic bag just in case the lid does come off.
Either way, I would still recommend this product!
Pros: reheats great, safe to touch when removing insert, stow and go cord
Cons: the insert plastic lid

Disappointed that additional insert containers are not available. Great idea for those who wish to have a hot lunch. But suggest that there be more information on how "hot) Temperature wise...for it can over cook.
Have found problems with newer crockpots running too hot.
Pros: convenience, runs hot
Cons: no way to order insert containers.

This product is my savior! Warms up soups/chili, etc in a matter of an hour or two and keeps it warm/hot for a long time even after unplugged. Easy to use, easy to travel with and easy to clean. Highly recommended this product to everyone!

I received this as a Christmas gift from my sister. It is great for soup at my desk. Fourty five minutes and soup is hot. Would be nice if it had an on/off switch as outlets are not easy to get to in cube world. Now I don't have to wait in line for microwave use. Lunch time comes, take the lid off and I'm in business! Looking forward to getting lots of use from this great gift!
Pros: very easy to use!
Cons: have to unplug to turn off.

I've had this little gem for two years and it's still keeping my lunch/dinner wonderfully warm. I've even plugged it in at home when I get off work at 10:30 pm so I'll have a nice warm dinner waiting when I get home.
I was carrying it in to work one afternoon last year and a lady in the parking lot asked me what it was and how it worked. She's a caterer and thought that was the greatest idea for providing hot meals for her customers after my showing her my lunch and that it'd be warm and tasty in two hours.
This little crock rocks!
