I love being able to finaly eat a hot lunch at work without having to purchase one there in adition to our monthly grocries. The only problem I have with my lunch crock is that the plug will not always stay cliped under the unit when the cord is tucked around the crock. However I am more than willing to put up with this in return for a hot lunch.

This little crock pot is very handy and does a great job at warming up food! I usually work through most of my lunches, so it is nice to have my food waiting and ready for me when I get a chance to eat it.

This lunch crock warms food well, but some issues need to be addressed. First, the inside lid doesn't stay on when heating. It pops off because of expansion during heating. Next, The outer lid does not lock into place. It just "catches", so it comes off easily. Lastly, if you need to take the warmer to a different location to eat, you must take the entire unit, as the inner removable tub is metal & gets too hot to transport by itself. This means you have an electrical cord to deal with. It is a good idea, but really needs lots of tweaking!
Pros: heats food well
Cons: lids don't stay in place
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

as a single person it’s difficult to prepare meals for one ... so excited when i can prepare a meal for two and have lunch at work the next day and not a thing goes to waste ... fill it up at night and plug in when i get to work ... not a single problem with leakage hotspots or burning...love saving the money and no more junk food for lunch ... worth the investment

i bought this originally for my hubby to have something hot for lunch in the winter at his job. he loved it from the first use. he can have leftovers or soup ready when he is and not have to "nuke" something and wait. i bought myself one and even though i stay home, i can have something ready also. if i get busy, lunch is there. i did buy extra insets and when i make big batches of meals, i can pack extras right into them and refrigerate til needed or just pack the leftovers right into them. highly recommend to anyone, busy or not. it seems to fit everyone.

I was a Short Bowel Syndrome patient at birth and as a result, to optimize my nutritional intake, I have to eat more often than usual.
I shopped tirelessley to find a comfortable and healthy way to heat my meals while working. After searching for almost 12 months, I found this great product that allows me to prepare my meals overnight, pack the next day and enjoy perfectly warmed meals!
I bought my warmer almost 2 years ago and it is still working well. I have no damages or defects and I recently purchased 2 additional inserts so I can have 3 meals, since I am typically working long hours. No one even knows I have one at work! I keep the warmer in my desk drawer and plug it in behind the drawer.
I warm everything in it....soup, stews, potatoes, rice, vegetables...you name it! Eating while working and staying healthy in the process has become more enjoyable and feels normal rather than a hindrance; thanks to this simple, yet effective, not to mention, cute invention.
I highly recommend this product. It is light, compact, easy to clean and safe to operate.
Thank you to the masterminds behind this. You have truly changed a life for the best!

I bought one of the lunch crocks. Thought it a little pricey for a lunch; however I have to carry lunch daily & grew tired of sandwiches. So glad I gave it a try! It is awesome! I love it! Food is perfect temp, never dry. Bought 4 more for gifts. I would love to see some "inserts" where you could separate foods for a real meat and 2 sides! Thank You Rival for such an innovative product.
Pros: easy to clean in dishwasher or by hand, perfect size even for hearty appetites, food always at perfect temp never dry, light and easy to carry, like the power on light
Cons: needs 2 stackable inserts to separate foods
