So convenient and better than a microwave

I bought this based on a recommendation from an online chat group. I had no idea what to expect really. I LOVE it! It holds a good lunch size portion. I plug it in when I get to work and usually eat about 3-4 hours later. The food doesn't cook or burn; just heats up perfectly. I don't usually like reheating meat. In my lunch crock, it's almost like it just came out of the oven! I've heated soups, meats, all kinds of foods.

I bought my little crock pot 11 years ago. I use it all the time. I've never had any problems except the inner lid no longer seals. I put cling wrap on the liner first then the lids. Works pretty good. The food is always hot and ready. I bought mine and 2 coworkers wanted ones too. They both love them. Thanks for such a great product.

as a healthcare professional its hard to have a hot meal during break, frequently food is ice cold by the time i get to eat; not with this baby; even when i get called away and come back half hour later, it stays warm and ready; i would give 0 stars if i could, in the colder weather its ready when i am and i love it; got one 8 years ago as a gift still rolling with it and have bought extra lining pans to pre prepare multiple meals for work, yum yum

I got this pot as a gift, and I love the way it looks and intends to work. However, after just ONE use, the inside of the removable container already has brown & rainbow discoloration. Is it still safe to use?

nonremoving removable pot

I recently purchased the 20 oz crockpot. While I love the convenience of it and how well it keeps food hot, I cannot for the life of me remove the removeable pot from the warmer! I have tried prying the edges with a knife and plugging it in to warm it in case something sticky got under the container, but it won't budge! I've only used it one time. Any suggestions?

I bought this little lunch box recently after having returned to work post covid pause in the city. I was super excited as my coworkers all kept raving about it. However after a few times of use my removable containers is showing signs of rust. I'd recommend this product if it wasn't for I'd love the product.
Update****** Part was replaced by crock pot. Great customer service. Happy with the resolution just hope it doesn't happen again!

I got this as a Christmas gift, and I can't believe how long I've gone without it! I am a teacher and am not allowed to have a microwave in my room. I only have 30 minutes for lunch, so having to walk to the office to stand in line to microwave food, walk back to class and eat, gave me little time to just relax for a few moments. This warmer has changed all that. I bring the insert home each night, fill it with whatever for the next day, and put it in the warmer each morning when I come to class. It's perfect...except...
Even though the lid is supposed to be dishwasher safe, it has warped to the point that it doesn't make a seal any more. I can still use it, but I have to be very careful bringing it to work, or there will be a spilled mess. I've looked and cannot find a replacement lid. Otherwise, I highly recommend.
