Shipping was super fast! I've tried keeping soup,and buffalo chicken dip warm. The soup was warm,just wish it got a little more heat to it. [I had it on for 3 hours] and it was luke warm. The buffalo chicken dip dried out quite a bit,but I did have it warming for about 6 hours, so that might be my fault. I'm still trying different things with it.

This amazing little item heats up your food to the perfect temp. Love how I take the inside part home and leave the outside and lid at work. Bring my inside, plug it in an hour before lunch and it is hot and ready.
