Not keeping ice cold!

I just purchased my 6th Adventure Quencher and it’s not keeping my ice cold!!!! We just drove on a four hour road trip and my two thirds full ice cubes are totally melted!!!! So sad!!

Love this cup so much. Just wish there was a lid with a sip top with closure option. The straw is not always optimal, especially when bringing it along anywhere outside home.

I LOVE this mug!!! I love that it holds 40 oz of water and also fits in my cup holder. I absolutely love the handle and I love that it keeps water cold all day, and is easy to wash. The only improvements that I would suggest are an optional flip straw lid that you can seal off so it doesn't spill, and a softgrip bottom so it is quieter when you set it down.

Wanted to love this, but for me, it doesn't live up to the hype/price tag. I purchased during the summer re stock and have had some time to use. Ice barely lasts 12 hours let alone 48. Although fitting in a cup holder of a car is the main reason I bought it, it is not practical to take on "adventures" due to the fact you can't close the lid/straw so it always has to be sitting up right. All in all product is just ok. Didn't realize it couldn't be returned and not worth the hype in my opinion.

Things I love about this cup- it is big! I drink way more water. The straw is also large. It fits in my car. It has a handle. It keeps drinks cold. What more could anyone want?! It does scratch a little easily.
