I like the water bottle, I love the straw and I love it can fit in my cup holder in my car. But the leaking is crazy. I???ve woken up from naps with my bed soaked from the leaking. And so that makes me not want to use it unless I???m leaving the house.

I???m extremely disappointed in this product and the customer service I have received. I have owned this product for less than a year and it fell off of my desk at work causing the handle to snap half off. I was told encouraged to reach out, hearing that Stanley???s customer service was impeccable. That was a bold faced lie. They have no empathy for the fact that this overpriced cup is broken. I guess they can survive car fires but they can???t survive falling less than 2 feet? That seems highly suspicious to me as though quality control is clearly inconsistent. I???ve purchased 7 other Stanley???s as presents for my bridal party and frankly I should return them all. I no longer believe in this product or this brand and they will never receive another dime of my hard earned money. I strongly urge others to purchase from Hydroflask or Yeti.

Love it. This was a gift for my daughter who???s been asking for it since Xmas but surprised her for Valentine???s Day and she was so happy. She uses it everyday for school.

Love this cup ! It???s wide enough to fill with ice and the ice lasts. I take this with me everywhere everyday . I love the quality and the color white . I want to purchase for my family for Christmas gifts this year .

Ice not lasting longer than a couple days.

Was not fast shipping as others had. Beautiful color, which is the TigerLily but that???s the only thing I can say is good about this tumbler. I bought it on pretenses in the descripition it would keep ice for up to 2 days. My ice lasts about an hour and a half to two hours if that. The handle is popping on the cup so I???d expect that to break as well pretty soon.

Disappointing

Have a 40 oz that has had a wobbly handle since purchase (didn't think anything of it). It broke with no liquid in it. Contacted warranty and they only offer a 30 oz as replacement. Highly disappointed.
