Handle broke

I love my mug but handle broke and I glued it and it has broke 3 more times. All due to trying to get the lid off.

I recently bought a Staley and it doesn’t seem to work as good as it says it should it doesn’t keep my drink cold enough and my cup leaks a lot the lid won’t stay on I was thinking’s about buying more Stanley for Christmas gifts but after my experience with my first one I don’t want to risk spending. My money on something that doesn’t work this isn’t a really good cup I am planning on returning my cup unless i get help on this please hope you can help this thanks if you respond by helping me with this problem I don’t want to have another bad experience
