I found it to be super heavy. It also gets scratched easily and the smallest drop put a dent in the bottom. Also why is it not spill proof?!

Ice melts super fast in this cup

It does not keep drinks cold. Ice melts within 3-4 hours. I have two of these cups and it’s the same case with both of them. The colors are nice but if you want something to keep your drinks cold, this isn’t the cup for you.

Handle broke 2 days after purchase. Terrible quality. Also do not like how the top doesn’t sit in a good sipping position unless you leave it a little loose. Disappointing for sure

You advertise that this tumbler keeps ice and cold for an amount of hours. This does not, after a couple of hours, it’s warm.
