Loose handle and melted straw

I wanted to love this and for it to live up to the hype. I do love drinking from it but it hasn’t held up. The handle wobbles and is loose.. so much so that I’m afraid to use it for hot beverages now. I attempted to tighten it but it’s a lost cause.
The straw got melted in the dishwasher because it fell to the bottom rack- maybe that one was my fault but it does say it’s dishwasher safe.

I also have the original (without the rubberized handle) and that one has held up perfectly well. Maybe a quality control issue?

Disappointing

I am disappointed with this product. I was so excited when I received it and now I don’t use it. My ice doesn’t even get me through an entire work day. My water gets warm and it makes it difficult for me to want to drink it. I do not recommend this product!

Cup does not keep drink cold, ice melts quickly. Cup sweats on outside. I think I got a bum cup. Disappointed and waiting to hear back from company.

Broken Handle

After only having this cup for 2 months the handle broke. I am very upset regarding the low quality and durability of the handle. I have not dropped this cup either.

I LOVE my cup(s) I have two. like others have said they do tip over easy and spill if not careful. biggest complaint I have, wish had a little cover over the straw. but they are great cups and for some reason I do drink more water!! ha!

Chipped Cups

Cup has chipped and looks terrible. I contacted support and it took them a month to respond and still didn’t replace my defective cup. All my other Stanleys are fine but this one did have an issue with the film
