Leaks

I love the size of this tumbler as I’ve been trying to increase my water intake. I’m not happy with the way it leaks. When I don’t have the straw in and I turn the lid around so the straw hole is covered I find there is water everywhere. I thought it be way more secure than it is..

This is a wonderful tumbler as it is a great size and fits cup holders and keeps drinks cold.

I love my quencher but the tab on the lid broke and I have been unsuccessful in replacing the part.

Doesn’t hold ice

i got this tumbler expecting it to keep ice as long as my hydroflask, but it doesn’t. i’ll put a few ice cubes in from the freezer, and it’ll melt within an hour or two, even if i’m using cold water. if i fill ice to the top and add cold water, the ice will be melted by the time my 8hour workday is over… i’m extremely disappointed in this cup, especially for the high price tag…

I love everything about the cup! I use it everyday. It keeps my water ice cold, just the way I like it. I want to get another one so I'm not having to wash as often but I'll have to wait awhile.
