Love it, but not the exterior

To start with, I love the design of the Stanley Quencher. It has definitely increased my water intake, and the handle makes it easy to carry around. The frustrating part has been how quickly the exteriors of both my husband’s and my Quenchers have disintegrated. To be clear, we have not been rough with them. We use them strictly at home while doing office work. The only thing I can think of that we are doing that may be compromising the exterior is putting them in the dishwasher (top shelf). Only because I love them so much, I just ordered the Stainless Steel Shale… hoping that there is no coating so that I won’t have to worry about the same happening.

Great Cup, Terrible Shipping Time

The cup itself is wonderful. However the shipping is TERRIBLE! I ordered my cup on 2/17/23 and it JUST arrived this morning 3/8/2023. Almost 3 weeks!

Cup Handle Broke

Loved this cup so much but the handle broke off, simply carrying it to the kitchen for a refill. Had and used a lot from Christmas until early March. I had a baby January 6 and this kept me drinking enough water at the end of pregnancy, postpartum, and breastfeeding. Super disappointed that it broke considering it was never dropped and taken care of properly.

Purchase a Yeti Instead

I received this cup, hand washed it and took extremely good care of it. One day the lid would not catch the threads of the cup thereby not allowing it to stay closed. The lid just spins and spins on the cup. I have been trying to get a replacement but have heard NOTHING from Stanley in 10 days since my email. I have called their 800 and 844 numbers provided by, after waiting on hold for 1.5 hours, I was disconnected. All I want is the lid replaced and Stanley has made it impossible to get in contact with them. They were very quick to debit my account when the cup was purchased but then after that, they fell off the face of the earth.

I’m sorry, I have squelched my urge to speak on this long enough! It is SO unbelievably annoying that you only make enough of certain colors that you sell out in an hour! It is an AMAZING tumbler…..I get you are perpetuating the demand…..but an hour?? Come on!!!!
