It still spills water

I bought the new and “improved” Stanley. It still leakes water. The only way for it not to leak is to take the straw out and close the top completely. Kinda disappointed.

Like It BUT Handle Needs Improvement

Just received this tumbler after exclusively using another brand. I’m happy with the size and straw and overall look. BUT the handle needs some serious improvement. The silicon edge on the underside of the handle is sharp and digs in to my hand. The screw on the top underside of the handle is also a problem. When the mug is full, it’s quite heavy and I’m left with a screw imprint on my finger after carrying the tumbler for a few seconds. After only using the tumbler for a day or so, I’m left wondering if anyone tested this? How could the handle be so in need of redesign? Please cover the screws and ensure edges are smooth!

Still leaks

But it still leaks.. even with the new top. Kind of feels like it was just a gimmick for sales. Why wouldn’t you put a silicon piece on the bottom of the lid where the straw goes, thats the same size/shape of the open and clicks into the open to prevent spilling when using the straw? I won’t even charge you for using the idea lol

Leaks and I don’t understand why straw doesn’t have a cap. If cup falls over water spills out and water does not stay any colder. Very disappointed

I love my Stanley 40oz mug. HELP. It leaks from the lid. Any suggestions on how to fix it. Are the replacement lid any good?

New handle is worse

The new handle is much less comfortable. There are ridges between the soft spots and if you rest your index finger under the top of the handle with it full of water then it digs into your finger. I’ve had to change the way I hold the bottle. Bring back the old handle!
