Where's my ice?

I was really excited to get this tumbler. I really do like it and would of given 5 stars but it does not keep ice longer than a few hours. The water is still cool but no ice. Also I do not like that it spills, I wish they had a lid that you can close and wont spill

I like that it keeps my drink chilled. The lid leaks when tipped over but only because of straw opening. Great cup overall

Overall love it but the lid loosens up so the opening is no longer 45 degrees from the handle. An extremely nitpicky thing, but still a little annoying.

I love the size of the cup and that it has a handle. The cup fits nicely into my car cup holder. It keeps my drink cold with ice still in it for my 12 hour shift. My cup did arrive dented and didnt sit flat. My complaint was addressed quickly. I simply was asked to provide a few pictures. My new non damaged cup arrived the next week, Customer service was A1

I love this cup a lot. The handle, the straw, the size, the color, the fact it fits in my car cup holder. The only negative is it is a bit heavy. But I really enjoy having one!
