Ice melts fast!

Doesn’t keep ice as long as it claims. It keeps contents cold but Ice is melted by the end of day one and that’s a maybe it will last to the end of the day. Which sucks because I just like to refill drinks when I’m at ball games and my ice is usually gone. It’s cute but wouldn’t buy it again.

Awesome Cup - Terrible Ordering Experience

Bought one for my wife and I. We love the cups. They hold ice for a very long time, fit in our cup holders, just an all around great product. The cup is 5 Stars. I am docking a start here, because I am so over Stanley and their ordering process. This is the only place that I can find to vent. Went online today to get my sister the floral cup for her birthday. Was ready to go at 10. Was put in "line" for about 3 minutes. I went to order and not once, but twice had to put my credit card information in. After the second attempt to order (no errors were displayed regarding the CC) I was politely notified that the floral cup was sold out. The same thing happened when I ordered for my wife. She wanted a specific color and I had to get her an alternate. This will be my last Stanley order until this crap is sorted out.

This cup is my nemesis

I had such high hopes for the cup after seeing all of the influencer buzz about it, but now I just feel duped.
First of all, it’s heavy! Its 1.5 lbs which is fine, but then because of narrow base and wide top, it’s not well balanced. It’s so easy to knock over.
Which leads me to my next issue, when you inevitably knock it over, the top is not water tight and the straw will fall out as the water pours all over your floor.
I know the colors are cute it holds a lot, and it’s a hot item, but save yourself the pain and the price and get a cup that’s better balanced.

Love these tumblers

My dad always had Stanley thermoses and lunchboxes for work when we were growing up. I love that those same items are still around along with all the new ones. The 40oz quencher is my go to these days. Great size, fits well in car cup holders, my beverages stay cold forever and the lid never gets stuck either. Hoping coral and an ombre come back. I just wish people wouldn't buy out the new variations so quickly only to resell for 3 times the cost. That's pretty unfair.

These can’t even stay in stock. Got the restock email at noon and opened the link and they were already gone. Makes me wonder if they even restocked. I’m just going to give up wanting one.

Would love to try but every time i get put into the checkout waiting line it kicks me out. Today I was in the checkout line 1 minute after restock and got kicked out. Tried again everything was sold out. Find a better way to sell. Limit the amount people can buy.

Impossible to purchase

What a joke, I signed on the minute they were available and put 2 cups in my cart, it kept making me wait (30 minutes to be exact) and then told me they were sold out. RIDICULOUS. I will not try to purchase again. I have the 30 oz tumblers which are amazing, I guess I will never know the hype on these cups.

Needs more stock impossible to get one

This is ridiculous how fast they sell out it’s disappointing I literally was checking out second it dropped how were my items sold out :/ they need to do better on this very unfortunate I was able to get two I wanted but not the other two for my family
