Handle fell off and warranty is dumb

I received this as a gift last Christmas, it was etched, the handle fell off. I think I could deal with it if it hadn’t taken some of the paint too. The “warranty” is at their entire discretion so I can’t get my color back, they don’t cover the etching on a new one, they won’t fix my old one, and the color selection is exactly 5 options none of which I want. I’m so disappointed. This was a gift from a special person with the color and etching having meaning and I don’t have that anymore.

My wife and I both love our Stanley tumblers. We have been on the run for days, so we take our tumblers with us everywhere. We love the fact that they hold ice for a long time and also keep our drinks cold even when left in our cars in this Texas heat. Now I'm ready to invest in a smaller mug for work.

The cup works well and keeps my drinks cold. But the quality control sucks. The paint bled on the bottom of my cup and Stanley said it’s not their issue.

EVERY LID IS FAULTY BURN HAZARD EXPOSURE HARMFUL

I bought this a month ago and the lids are faulty on all the cups. When they get hot, they shrink I burnt my hand. They need to recall all of the plastic cups you’re being exposed to plastic which is toxic as well.

Doesn’t keep ice

Ice doesn’t last long AT ALL. I fill it half way with ice and less than an hour later barely any is leftover.

Tumbler not staying cold and ice melting

I got this cup in November 2024. I took care of it like it said. And my tumbler doesn't hold ice like it did in the beginning. My ice melts in a couple of hours. I use to go 3 days with ice still in the tumbler now I don'teven go for a couple of hours. It's like at this point it was a waste of money.
