Loose handle

I love it. But, my handle is really loose. I can’t get it to tighten up. . Lots of money for a not so stable mug. Hoping something can be done. Do you need a video?

I LOVE my Stanley cups!! I have two quenchers and a 30oz ice flow flip tumbler and LOVE all of them. I had to get all my siblings one and a great friend!!

The kid can sometimes be difficult to line up/screw on, but once it’s on, it’s great! It really does keep water cold and I don’t even need ice once the cup is cold.

Love the cup but finish scratches easily

Cup is nice I have a couple of the spring colors and love them, they keep my drinks cold and fit in my cup holder! I use them every day for work. I was so excited to get this new color but was very disappointed at how quickly the finish scratched up.

Love this!! It makes me want to drink more water. I love that it fits in my cup holder unlike other water bottles with this capacity.
