Easy to put together

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the blue color right away for my office. The organizer was super easy to put together and I loved the adjustable shelves that can be adjusted for different items to be able to fit. Sturdy and beautiful color, a must for my office!

Easy to assemble and pretty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shelf organizer was easy to assemble. Only took about 15 minutes. The organizer itself is nice looking. I wouldn’t say it looks high end but doesn’t look cheap either. The outside is finished in a nice gloss however the shelves are more of an unfinished wood. The shelves themselves are on the flimsy side. I don’t think they can really handle more than literature/files/paper, so I wouldn’t put heavy objects on them. You can easily remove any of the shelves if you want to create more height but given that the shelves aren’t heavy duty, I would still be mindful of what you’re placing on them if you’re creating even more space for the same weight bearing shelf. In summary, this is an easy to assemble cute looking shelf organizer for its intended use.

Hard to put together, but beautiful once done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The item came very well packaged. They internally reinforced all the corners of the box with hard plastic corners. Two of the plastic corners were cracked. If they hadn’t used them, then the unit would have been cracked. So it was a good thing they packaged it that way.
Even though the finish is faux, I found it to be in perfect condition with no blemishes. And whatever’s underneath it (chip board or wood) it’s very heavy. This unit weighs over 20 pounds.
Once it’s put together, the shelves do stay in place. However, if you jostle the unit or try to move it with shelves in it, some of the metal support pegs fall out. They just sit loosely in each hole.
I LOVE the unit and am putting it to good use. It did take me over an hour to put it together for a couple of reasons. (1) The instructions were stapled together in reverse order. (2) None of the major boards/walls were labeled. (3) The inventory count was off. For example: 10 shelves with each one having a ridge front and back would be 20 ridges; inventory said you’d only have 14 (it actually had the 20 you needed). (4) Ridges were VERY hard to get onto each plastic shelf, and you needed to be careful so you didn’t accidently bend or put a crease in the shelves.
I have four pegs sticking out of the top of the unit. Instructions said to put them in. They didn’t say why, and they made no sense to me until I thought about it a bit. IF you had two of these units and were going to stack them, then the pegs would be needed. But nowhere does it tell you ahead of time why you are supposed to put these four pegs in the top four holes. Once they were tapped into place I needed to use pliers to get them out.

They give you a little tube of glue. AFTER the unit was all put together and I tried to pick it up, I saw why you would need to glue it. BUT, once the back wall of the unit is tacked into place, it’s impossible to take the unit apart to put glue on all the pegs to help the unit hold together.
So, the instructions need improvement. They are ONLY pictures with no words. It took a bit to figure them out, but it was doable if you took your time and studied them a bit before starting. Now that I’ve put this unit together, any other product sold by the same company would be a breeze to put together; the first one is the one you learn on. I’m using it to sort my bills each month because I normally just pile them all over my desk in a disarray. Now I can organize them. And they give you little sticker labels that you can put next to each shelf to identify it.

Holds a lot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter was happy to see this arrive in time for her school books to arrive as well! She's content with how large and solid it is, the holders itself are not made of wood but rather a flexible board sort. It holds all her books properly and to my surprise very strong. It matches everything in her bedroom so she knows exactly what to look for. The outer parts of this is wood, with pegs and metal pegs inside and some hole covers with it. It is a sturdy 15+ lb item that will need an adult to help move it around. It is sturdy and the shelves do move to the width of the books contained on it. We love it is white. I would recommend this to my friends who have children, an office or simply need it for their makeup as well. It does clean off well too.

It was very easy to put together with the included instructions. I sell clothes online and have been using the compartments on this organizer to store my various shipping envelopes and packing materials. I love that the shelves are adjustable and I was able to customize the organizer with the exact size spaces that I need! It looks great in my office and really has helped keep me organized. Its very nice quality and should last forever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to hold all my husband paperwork for work. Easy too setup, sturdy and hold a lot of paper and really helps keep it organized. Fits great on desk and doesn’t take up too much room but even if it did it’s better than all the paperwork I have spread out unorganized.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I'm pleased with this organizer. I use it to organize my home office. It's a perfect size. It fits on top of my file cabinet, so it's the perfect height for me to just grab things when I need them. I also like the fact that the shelves are adjustable so I can also store larger items in it.
Now for the things I don't like.
The shelves don't hold a lot of weight. Even a medium-sized stack of papers makes the shelf sag. That's not convenient at all. I also don't like that you have to put four small dow sticks in the top. I left a picture to show what I mean. I don't understand why you have to do that. Can't you just have a small plug instead? They stick out awkwardly and don't add any function.
Other than that, the assembly process is easy and I'm pleased with the finished product.

AWESOME Paper Organizer!!!

I have 5 kids and my husband and I both own our own businesses, so needless to say, we always have a ton of paperwork. This is the best paper/folder/file organizer I have ever had. The organizer initially looked intimidating to put together, but I had no trouble putting it together at all. I love that the shelves/slots are adjustable. You can have a few slots or up to 16 slots. It is very sturdy as well. I absolutely love it.
