You can take simple steps, such as rebooting your device and updating the software, to help prevent future freezes and crashes. Keeping your device up to date will significantly improve its performance.
To check for updates on your device, follow these steps:
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Swipe and tap on “Software update” or “System updates” (the option may vary by model).
3. The update will start downloading automatically; however, you may need to tap “Download now” on some devices.
4. Once the download is complete, follow the on-screen instructions to install the update.

I love my new phone!

My galaxy a16 is a great phone with great feature

Good phone....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not a bad phone by any means but it runs so slow. Half the time I can't open apps or the other half I can't use the phone to call anyone. It takes amazing pictures but overall it needs a little tweaking.
