Not to happy with this device honestly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device lags really badly, constantly overheats, The phone freezes a lot. It also loses service every 25 minutes. I can barely open up any apps on my phone. It's constantly adding apps and deleting apps on its own accord.
