[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the seamless actions across apps. I use my device for literally everything. Streaming movies and television, playing games and music, my job duties. The apps are easily accessible. What I like most is that it's lightweight.

I have had this phone for a week and so far good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously had a Motorola phone and expected a Samsung to be a big improvement but it's not much better.
I miss a feature Motorola had where all voicemails were printed instead of having to open a separate app and play each one.
Also the touch sensitivity, no matter what setting I've tried is sometimes not responsive.
There are no features on this phone that ate new to me that I find very helpful- such as programing the power button.
I hope this phone drives to be more reliable than Motorola phones - I've had 2 and neither lasted more than 2 1\2 years.

Samsung talks about there "seamless actions across apps,” “Now Brief,” or “Audio Eraser on the 25 series phones but those are features not important to me. So I saved a lot by buying the cheaper A16.

Does what it says

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed emergency replacement phones for my parents. These phones were easy to switch to, and I was able to teach them the basics pretty easily although one came from a competitor's product. No issues or complications with daily use.
