Do I love it?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do I love it? Eh... My keyboard constantly crashes and the phone runs extremely slow. I can barely use TikTok because it can't handle the magnitude of the app I suppose. The Ai im not too sure about. I'm not sure i will go for another Samsung, not too turned on by it and ready for another phone.

The galaxy A16 phone is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got my galaxy A16 in April and I'm always using it. The quality of the photos is incredible, I'm still learning all the things it can do. Mostly I use it for playing games. The notes apps has allowed me to keep my recipes all in one place and easy to access. The Galaxy AI feature is great I use it to get information on many different topics, all though I'm not a big fan of the place the access button is located. Over all I like the way this phone performs.

Love my new phone.

I have not had the chance to use the Galaxy AI. Technology feature, as of yet, however, I am interested in learning how. My phone that I have purchased has been the best phone in the past few years.
