We understand it can be frustrating when your device struggles to keep up with your activities. Based on what you've described, it might be a good idea to check for a software update. Similar to oil changes for a car, software updates keep your phone or tablet running smoothly by improving the user interface, boosting security, and fixing small bugs. We suggest updating whenever a new version is available to keep your device in optimal condition. To do so, swipe down with two fingers from the top right corner of the screen and tap the Settings icon. Then, scroll to and select Software update or System updates. Tap Download and install, Check for system updates, or Check for software updates, depending on your carrier. If an update is available, it should start downloading automatically, though you might need to tap Download now on some devices. After the download finishes, follow the instructions on the screen to install it. You can find more details in the linked article below. Self care purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my A16 5G. It was a purchase for myself, which I never do, hahaha, but I'm so glad I did this time. I appreciate how easy the Google AI feature makes everyday tasks & also that it gives me a second opinion on things that I'd normally have to ask another human for their opinion on...and we all know how that can go at times!!! I'm overjoyed with all of the new upgrades & that I was able to get the larger storage option. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase & always am with Samsung & the Galaxy line of products!!!

This A16 bleutooth no good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 24Altra was a better phone but it got stolen and could not afford a new one so i bought a A16 it a good phone but the bluetooth went out on it after warranty had expierd so im stuck with the phone can't afford a new one or have it fix thank you spectrom i wish i had my 24Altra

Great phone! Awesome features and performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this phone for my 15yo son who just got into high school and needed a good phone for ease of communication and to keep up with school work as well as submitting his assigments. So far it has been awesome and he's only had great things to say about his phone. Personally, my wife and I have been using Samsung phones for as long as I can remember, and I'm only glad to introduce these awesome devices to the next generation - my kids. Will be doing same for my 12yo and 10yo when it's time for them to get theirs. Thank you Samsung!

Are you going to make purchases for my bank account with the phone. The product flows seamlessly and is easy to learn. And I do have a good time asking the Galaxy AI questions. It is a very informative app on my telephone.
