[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the worst phone I've ever owned. Im not sure if its the carrier or the phone. But I love samsung and have owned only Samsung phones. But this model is horrible. I think I might go to a different brand. As much as I hate to. Can u please help me get this bad experience behind me.

Ite is fast lots of memory and you e would never notice any difference in phones that cost twice as much. Galaxy AI integratesseemlessly wirh my life. I am completely happy with the A165g and can't wait to see everything it can do.

Worst Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has got to be one of the worst phones I've had. I bought it brand new and since day one I have had trouble with the phone freezing up on me. It's really slow to do anything and then after waiting for an app to open, it will freeze up! I'll have to turn the phone off and back on again before I can do anything again. Worst phone!

The biggest difference I’ve noticed is how Samsung AI makes everyday tasks smoother without me doing anything extra. The camera looks way better thanks to AI optimization — it detects the scene and adjusts lighting, contrast, and colors so photos come out clearer and more natural. I also use Samsung AI to stay organized, because it suggests quick replies on WhatsApp and helps me write faster without thinking too much. And one thing I love: the phone learns my habits and adjusts battery usage, so it lasts longer even when I’m using multiple apps. Overall, the Samsung A16 isn’t just “a cheap phone” — with Samsung AI, it actually feels smarter, faster, and more helpful in daily life.
