Updates and system updates?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the Samsung Galaxy A16 5g and the updates and system updates seem to be using up alot more memory than it should. I have a SD card in the phone and backup cloud also. The SD card will disconnect from phone without my permission at times which causes me to lose what was stored on it.
Other than those situations the phone is is ok but I've had better.

With RAM Plus, you can designate part of your internal storage as virtual memory to boost app performance. RAM Plus intelligently uses your storage to expand memory, allowing more apps to run in the background and opening apps faster. To enable RAM Plus, go to Device Care, tap Memory, select RAM Plus, and turn it on. Then, pick the amount of GB you want to allocate and tap Restart when prompted to apply changes. Inactive apps are moved to virtual memory, freeing up RAM for active ones. For additional tips on maintaining your device, visit the linked online article.
