[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is absolutely amazing for its price and features. I mainly use it for school notes and personal notes. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an affordable phone for school/work. Especially with its Galaxy AI feature. It helps me summarize my notes mainly on my piano notes and some school work notes. I occasionally use it to play some games, it's not the best, but it's still good enough to play casually. Great phone overall, would recommend to most people depending on their preferences in a phone.

Since the touchscreen is your main navigation tool, we understand how frustrating it can be when it doesn’t work properly. Fortunately, there are simple ways to fix a frozen or unresponsive touchscreen. Several factors can affect touchscreen performance. Consider these tips: If a third-party screen protector or accessory is attached, it may interfere with the touchscreen’s function. Dust, air bubbles, multiple protective films, or peeling edges can also cause concerns. Remove the protector or film if it’s peeling or debris is underneath. If you prefer to keep it, enable the touch sensitivity setting by going to Settings > Display and toggling the Touch sensitivity switch. Wet screens may be unresponsive; even waterproof models can have trouble if used in water. Gently wipe the screen with a soft, lint-free microfiber or lens cloth, avoiding pressing too hard. Restarting your device can fix minor problems; the process varies by model. Be aware that touch sensitivity settings influence performance: leaving it on without a protective film might cause over-responsiveness.
