New phone, who dis?

Its fast, efficient and has many extras already included on the phone! Also would like to mention how well it synced with my watch to make my work life easier, I do manual labor and cannot always get to my phone right away

A great phone for the price.

It's efficient it's cost-effective it's user-friendly and I love to use it with my kid. She likes use it as well or use it for all types of things and it makes us very happy we're very glad for the purchase

The phone is subpar at best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had many galaxies over the years. Always loved them. But even with the new galaxy AI on the A16 5G model it doesn't bring up the rating. The phone is incredibly laggy, with constant crashes on app and even the system UI while using the phone. It also keeps disconnecting from my watch. Which makes the watch unusable.
