A Waste of Money - Buyer Bewear!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm extremely disappointed with my Samsung Galaxy A16 phone, which I'd describe as the worst phone I've ever had the misfortune of owning. I'm using it for basic tasks like making phone calls, browsing the internet, and Google searches, but even those are a struggle. The phone overheats and stalls constantly, forcing me to restart it multiple times most days. I've had to delete essential apps to prevent further slowdowns, and even then, it's still painfully slow.
The camera is mediocre at best, and the constant "restart" notifications are frustrating. What's even more frustrating is that I've had to replace this phone three times, with the first two being refurbished units and the current one supposedly new, yet they all perform identically poorly.
The only redeeming quality is its lightweight and compact design. However, that's not enough to make up for its numerous flaws. I wouldn't recommend this phone to anyone, especially beginners, due to its poor performance and reliability issues. If you're looking for a phone for basic use, save your money and look elsewhere. This phone can't even handle simple tasks without freezing, so don't expect it to do anything extra.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like that for some reason location services are required for EyeComfortShield and or blue light filter. Completely unnecessary. And also very much dislike that Calls and microphone save all logs and we have no option to turn it off. Everything else is nice, but forcing those for data collection and other reasons is very frowned upon. Especially if you have bad eyes or a privacy based phone is not private under these premises.
