High quality product at a budget friendly price!

Good phone, just runs slow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I got this phone after trading in my old S20 FE 5G and it's been slow since I first turned it on. I don't keep apps open, I will regularly restart my phone, I make sure it's optimized and running well. Never says there's any issues, but everything just lags or skips or is just very delayed. Not sure what to do. If it ran at a normal speed I'd say it's totally great, oh and I miss the old messaging app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enoy samsung products, but find the UI in this one is rather slow and freezes or crashes often even with sceduled and extra restarts- beyond that it is a lovely peice of tech. I love the amount of storage and the brightness of the display, as well as the high contrast keyboard.
