Great phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The galaxy A16 has been a great phone! One thing I love is, the various options you have to customize your phone exactly the way you want! I also love how durable the phone is. As much as i hate to admit it , I have been using mine without a case for quite some time and it has flown from of my bicycle basket on more than once and still have no cracks and phone still works great! Would absolutely recommend this phone 10/10.

Thank you for updating us on your Galaxy A16 5G. Depending on your location and surroundings, your device might temporarily lose connection to your mobile network or encounter slow data speeds. This could be related to your plan, your region, or your network settings. If you're using a 5G device but cannot access 5G, contact your carrier to confirm your subscription and check for account issues. Also, ensure you're in a 5G-supported area. Resetting your network settings will erase all Bluetooth pairings and saved Wi-Fi networks. To do this, go to Settings, select General Management, tap Reset, then tap Reset Network Settings. Confirm by tapping Reset Settings, and if you have a PIN or password, you'll be asked to enter it. Finally, tap Reset. You can now test your mobile connection. Samsung A16 review...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying that the A16 is a decent device for a smaller more affordable budget. The design is satisfactory as far as screen size and overall device size. I also found that I enjoyed how easily I was able to use the device overall, giving it a 9/10 in that area.
What I didn't like about the phone was the slower processor and longer time it took to complete a download or install an app. I also found the fact that it does not support wireless charging a HUGE inconvenience.
In conclusion, I would say that flaws I mentioned above are what influenced the 4 star rating I gave.
I hope my review is of some assistance to someone debating on devices and that I wouldn't have been better off having the Galaxy AI just write it for me perfectly.

Samsung Galaxy AI is a great phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung Galaxy AI features work exactly as I want them to. I had a problem when I used my phone to Google search and Google gmail. These Google app selections took over my Samsung features, deactivated them and replaced them with Google features Google text messaging took over for my Samsung text messaging, it got which got rid of my Samsung quick responses, and started keeping a history of my text messages in the Google app. I could no longer see the text messages I made using Samsung messaging and the only way to see both sets of messages was to keep changing the phone default back and forth to see what I needed to see. I could go on and on and on and on.
